OUTREACH

IN THE COMMUNITY AND AROUND THE WORLD

Fellowship Harvest supports missions that reach into the community and around the world with the hope of the gospel.

CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP

Child Evangelism Fellowship® is a Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.

CEF® has many ministries for children, the primary ones being Good News Club® and 5-Day Club®. Good News Club and 5-Day Club ministries take place in neighborhood settings such as homes, backyards, schools and community centers all over the world. These fast-paced, one-hour programs are designed to bring the Gospel of Christ to children on their level in their environment. CEF also has fair, camping, open-air, and internet ministries for children. Last year through these combined ministries over 19.5 million children worldwide heard the Good News.

Kennon Hofer is the regional CEF director.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. Every year since 1993, Samaritan’s Purse has collected shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for children around the world. Since 1993, more than 220 million children in more than 170 countries and territories have received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox.

In 2023 our fellowship packed 240 shoeboxes and it was also our first year to be a Collection Center in our area.

Kent and Sonya Becker TENTMAKERS
Serving in France

The Becker’s goal is to start culturally relevant churches that are self-sustaining and capable of reproducing themselves. They seek to do this by integrating into the local culture and seeking common points with the people around them. By taking the time to establish the trust of the people they seek to minister to, a natural platform is developed from which the gospel can be shared in a way that corresponds to the context in which they serve.
